Invert Robotics enables 360-degree diagnostics of the tank interior thanks to protected climbing robot technology. This enables defects such as cracks, pores or hygienic contamination to be identified and rectified at an early stage. The accuracy of the results is unique thanks to high-resolution technology and modern digital sensors.
Behälter KG, as a leading company in the field of brand new and used stainless steel tanks, is now offering its customers optional interior surface tests for all used and new products. This enables customers to obtain a precise picture of the quality and current state of the interior surface and potentially continue with repair works before the installation of the tank. The test can be ordered directly from Behälter KG, the discounted price will depend on the volume of the tank that needs to be tested.
Surface tests using robot technology are ideal for chemical industrial plants, where sources of danger from product residues and confined spaces can thereby be actively avoided. Interior inspections using inspection robots are also highly relevant in the food sector, as digital sensors provide significantly more precise results with regard to hygienic defects than a manual human-enabled inspection. In addition, clients benefit from the extremely fast readiness of use of the robot, which helps to reduce production downtimes to a minimum.
The partnership between Invert Robotics and Behälter KG also includes support of all customer groups in active on-site maintenance management. In the German-speaking countries as well as in the BENELUX region, all storage tanks and containers can be checked on site. Optionally, this also includes the necessary repair works to eliminate identified defects. If a tank has to be taken out of service or is no longer needed, a purchase offer for the used tank can be made at a price level well above the material value. Optionally, also an offer for a new replacement tank can be made.
