ItalianOn-site visits to our central warehouse in Bremen
In today’s digital age, on-site inspections of tanks and process equipment have become less common – yet they remain an excellent opportunity to assess the quality and condition of our extensive stock of over 2,500 pieces of industrial equipment in person.
During an on-site visit, you have the chance to visually inspect any stainless steel tank, vessel, or piece of process machinery you are interested in. Whenever possible, we can also carry out functionality tests while you are present. For smaller mixing vessels, this could mean a trial run of the agitator. For pressure vessels or heat exchangers, we can perform a pressure test up to your desired operating pressure. For smaller, non-pressurized vessels, a hydrostatic leakage test can be carried out to confirm tightness and operational safety.
Technical review and additional checks on-site
We also offer the possibility to review the complete technical documentation of our equipment right here on-site – comfortably over a cup of coffee in our conference room. If needed, we can carry out further verification steps in your presence, such as stainless steel grade analysis using our in-house X-ray spectrometer or precise wall thickness measurements with our specialized measuring equipment. This allows you to be fully confident in the specifications and condition of the machinery before making a purchase.
Easy access to our Bremen warehouse
Our central warehouse in Bremen is easily accessible by all modes of transport. Bremen Airport is only a 20-minute drive, and Hamburg Airport is just about 60 minutes away. Bremen Central Station is conveniently close for visitors arriving by train, and we are also directly reachable by car. We welcome our clients for inspections any working day – simply arrange an appointment, and our team will prepare the selected equipment for your visit.
Recent example: Pharmaceutical process vessel inspection
In the photos shown, we recently welcomed a customer from the pharmaceutical industry to inspect and test an unused 120-liter process vessel in our workshop. Together, we checked the functionality of the magnetic stirrer, tested the fully integrated control system, and reviewed the complete technical documentation. The result: everything was in perfect working condition, ready for immediate use.
