Italian On-site visits to our central warehouse in Bremen
On-site inspections of our tanks and process equipment are becoming less and less requested by our customers in today's digital age. However, they can certainly be useful for assessing the quality and condition of our more than 2,500 items of industrial equipment in stock!
In addition to a visual inspection of all tanks and vessels, we can often also offer a functionality check on-site and in your presence. For smaller mixing vessels, this includes a trial run of the agitator. For pressure vessels or heat exchangers, a pressure test can be performed to the desired operating pressure. For smaller, non-pressurized vessels, a hydrostatic leakage test can be performed.
Of course, our clients can also review the technical documentation on-site over a cup of coffee in our conference room. If requested, we can also perform additional checks on our equipment in your presence. This might include an analysis of the stainless steel grade or measurements of the material thickness, by using our on-site X-ray spectrometer or wall thickness measurement device.
We welcome our clients for an inspection of our tanks and process machinery at our central warehouse in Bremen at any given working day. Located centrally in Bremen, our warehouse is easy to reach though all possible modes of transportation. Bremen Airport is only 20 minutes distant from our company, and Hamburg Airport is only 60 minutes away. Of course, we can also easily be reached by train (Bremen Central Station) or directly by car.
In the attached pictures, we recently inspected and tested an unused 120-liter process vessel in our workshop together with a customer from the pharmaceutical industry. The functionality of the magnetic stirrer, the fully integrated control system, and the technical documentation were thoroughly tested. Conclusion: everything in perfect condition!
