On-site visits to our central warehouse in Bremen

On-site inspections of our vessels and equipment are becoming less and less popular in today's digital age. However, they can certainly be useful for assessing the quality and condition of our more than 2,500 pieces of equipment in stock!

In addition to a visual inspection of all vessels, we can often also check their functionality on-site in your presence. For smaller mixing vessels, this includes, for example, commissioning the agitator. For pressure-resistant vessels or heat exchangers, a pressure test can be performed to the desired operating pressure. For smaller, non-pressurized vessels, a hydrostatic leak test can be performed.

You can also review the technical documentation on-site over a cup of coffee and check for completeness. If necessary, we can also work with you to determine additional measurements of the material or material thickness using our X-ray spectrometer or wall thickness gauge.

We offer a tour of our vessels, tanks, and equipment at our central warehouse in Bremen at any time. Located at the Bremer Kreuz interchange, we are easily accessible by car. You can also travel by train or plane. Bremen Airport is only 20 minutes from our company, and Hamburg Airport is only 60 minutes away.

In the attached pictures, we recently commissioned an unused 120-liter process vessel in our workshop together with a customer from the pharmaceutical industry. The functionality of the magnetic stirrer, the fully integrated control system, and the system documentation were thoroughly tested. Conclusion: everything in perfect condition!
