Metkon AG, based in Stabio, was a well-known pressure vessel and apparatus manufacturer from Switzerland. Metkon primarily produced pressure-resistant storage tanks, reactors, and agitator vessels for applications in the pharmaceutical, fine chemicals, and agrochemicals industries. The majority of Metkon AG vessels were manufactured according to the Baseler Standard (BN2), which certifies pressure shock resistance and high material quality (1.4435). Premium used stainless steel vessels from Metkon AG can be purchased from the processing machinery dealer Behälter KG.
