What distinguishes stainless steel vessels from Hinke Tankbau?
Since 1946, Hinke has been active in the manufacturing of sophisticated stainless steel equipment. Based in Vöcklamarkt (Austria), the company counts many pharmaceutical, food, and chemical companies in Austria among its clients, but it is also well-known beyond the country's borders. In the apparatus construction for biotech and pharmaceutical clients, the tank manufacturer produces process vessels, skids, and preparation vessels in various designs. Surfaces can be mechanically polished and also electropolished, while agitators and cooling or heating jackets can be custom-configured.
Hinke also realizes the production of robust stainless steel vessels for the chemical industry, with customized tank construction capabilities for volumes up to 200,000 liters and tank diameters of up to 4.2 meters. Hinke manufactures both individual tanks and complete tank farms with platforms or access ladders. Storage tanks for the chemical industry are often designed as pressure vessels according to AD2000. Agitation technology and materials (V2A, V4A, or higher alloys) are selected based on the customer’s application needs.
Hinke Tankbau is also active in the food industry, where products such as mash vessels, fermenters, or drinking water tanks are part of the production spectrum. For customers in the beverage or dairy industry, Hinke manufactures both pressure vessels and unpressurized tanks. Here as well, all requirements for cooling the product or temperature control of the medium can be realized (e.g., via half-pipe coils or Thermoplate cooling jackets).
