Electric Steam Generators – factory-new, available from stock

Our current range includes electric steam generators from the CD63, CD72 and NDD series by DINO Dampferzeuger GmbH. Steam outputs range from 24 kg/h to 288 kg/h at operating pressures between 3 and 10 bar. This allows the units to reliably cover both smaller, point-of-use steam demands and medium process steam requirements.

All electric steam generators are available brand new, ex stock and are delivered including complete technical documentation, CE marking and operating instructions. Depending on the model, different voltage versions and equipment options are available.

Electric steam generators are suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where saturated steam is required as a process medium. Typical areas of application include the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and textile industries as well as building services.

Specific applications include sterilization, humidification, heating and cleaning, among others. In laboratory environments or for small to medium production batches, electric steam generators also offer a flexible and quickly deployable solution for decentralized process steam supply.

Unlike fuel-fired steam boilers, electric steam generators require no chimney, no fuel tank and no exhaust system. Installation is limited to a suitable power connection and water supply. This eliminates permit procedures for combustion plants and operating costs for exhaust maintenance.

Depending on the model, a three-phase power connection (400V) is required. The units can be integrated into existing steam networks or installed as decentralized individual supply directly at the point of use. Space requirements are minimal – compact designs allow installation even in confined production environments.
