Advantages of stainless steel IBC container from the manufacturer Azzini
Cylindrical Azzini IBC containers are optimally sized to transport the maximum number of IBCs on a truck load. As a result, up to 24 pieces of 1000-liter IBC containers can be transported on a truck, compared to typically only 22 containers from other manufacturers. Azzini IBC containers have the outlet valve practically and space-savingly integrated into the square area of the galvanized steel frame. This makes the outlet optimally protected against transport damage.
The main product group is the classic cylindrical IBC container (Series PL), which can also be offered jacketed, with an insulation cover or thermoplate heating-/cooling system. Also agitators in various sizes and functions can be equipped on top of the container lid. Volumes from 100 to 2000 liters are possible to be build, with the classic IBC container size being 1000 liters. With the PLO series, Azzini also offers IBC containers with ADR hazardous goods certification, which can be approved for road transport of various hazardous substances. This is particularly relevant for the transport of solvents, paints, coatings, and similar media.
With the PLV series, Azzini also offers cone containers specifically designed for more viscous media (e.g., creams, sauces, emulsions). With the AZF series, Azzini also manufactures classic aseptic containers, which are designed for particularly sterile applications in the food industry.
