Advantages of 1000-liter IBC tanks from Azzini
IBC round containers from Azzini are optimally dimensioned to allow the maximum number of IBCs to be transported on a single truckload. This makes it possible to transport up to 24 units of 1000-liter IBC containers on one truck, compared to usually only 22 units from other manufacturers. Azzini IBC containers integrate the outlet valve in a practical and space-saving way into the corner section of the galvanized steel frame. This design ensures that the outlet fitting is optimally protected against transport damage.
The most important product group is the classic IBC round container (PL series), which can also be manufactured insulated, temperature-controlled and with agitator. Volumes from 100 to 2000 liters are available, with the standard IBC size being 1000 liters. With the PLO series, Azzini also offers IBC containers with ADR hazardous goods approval, which can be certified for road transport of water-polluting media. This is particularly relevant for the transport of solvents, paints, coatings and similar media.
With the PLV series, Azzini also offers conical containers that are especially suitable for more viscous media (e.g. creams, sauces, emulsions). With the AZF series, Azzini additionally manufactures classic aseptic containers designed for particularly sterile applications in the food industry.

IBC containers, round containers for liquids and hazardous goods from Azzini are available used at Behälter KG in various versions. In particular, 1000-liter IBC round containers in galvanized steel frames are available in large quantities. We offer different quality grades: cost-effective used IBC containers with dents, used IBC containers in very good condition, and used IBC containers in like-new condition. We also supply brand-new Azzini IBC containers – please contact our sales team for a quotation. Used Azzini stainless steel containers are available from stock at Behälter KG in both V2A and higher-alloyed V4A material grades. Hygiene versions with stainless steel transport frames (instead of galvanized steel) are also available. Many used IBC and bulk containers are additionally equipped with UN hazardous goods approval for road transport.
