Highly efficient production line for the production of molded stick ice cream, popsicles and similar products. Capacity of up to 42,000 pieces per hour (can also be used at a reduced hourly capacity). The currently installed mold size is 35ml moldet stick ice cream. Manufacturing date of the line is 2008. Complete line is for sale, including rotary molding system, automatic stick inserter, wrapper, control panels and other components. Full documentation is available. The line was in use until September 2023 and was then professionally dismantled for rapid recommissioning. Approximate space required for installation: 9 x 4.5 m.
