What special features do Waldner process vessels & tanks posess?
Since 1908, Waldner has been known for innovation in the field of tank and vessel manufacturing. In recent years, Waldner has specialized in the distribution of complex and exclusively custom-made process plants for particularly high-performance requirements. This allows Waldner to meet the complex demands of industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and biotechnology. Waldner uses not only common stainless steels like 316L or 304 but also special alloys such as AISI 904L or Hastelloy (Alloy C-22).
In the biotech and pharmaceutical sectors, Waldner designs plants for the production of active and highly active pharmaceutical ingredients (API), vaccines, and plants for the processing of blood plasma. Additionally, Waldner manufactures reaction vessels and mixing vessels, which are designed for dissolving and suspending pharmaceutical ingredients or food components. Waldner also combines a long tradition with the manufacture of hygienic containers and stainless steel IBCs, which are in demand for food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. These are custom-made, with volume capacities ranging from 200 liters to 1500 liters.
