Glass-lined Reactors and Equipment from Manufacturer Pfaudler
Pfaudler is one of the leading manufacturers of enamelled equipment worldwide. Applications for Pfaudler's enamelled equipment can be found in areas such as solvent recovery, polymer and monomer processing, biodiesel production, and other industries involving highly corrosive media. Each project is custom-designed and realized, with volumes ranging from under 10 liters to glass-lined tanks with a capacity of up to 130,000 liters. Depending on the geographic focus of the clients, the reactors are manufactured according to DIN or ASME standards. Pfaudler primarily manufactures enamelled equipment using its proprietary enamel material, WWG (World-Wide-Glass), which is available in three versions: white (WWH9125), cobalt blue (WWG9115), and light blue (WWG9145). Additionally, for pharmaceutical enamel reactors, Pfaudler developed the enamel material Pfaudler Pharma Glass (PPG), which enables faster CIP cleaning cycles and other process advantages. In realizing custom requests, Pfaudler refers to its in-house modular systems CE, BE, or AE for stirrer vessels and reactors, each designed with specific focus areas (e.g., flexible design or maximum robustness).
Since 2020, the company has been listed on the stock exchange in India as GMM Pfaudler. Additionally, the long-established German subsidiary, Pfaudler GmbH, has moved its production site from Schwetzingen to a new facility in Waghäusel.
